Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Sale items and accessories (hair clips, jewellery) are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Return

1. Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide you with return instructions within 48 hours.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
